So finally I get to finish day two of the deck. Truthfully the day went pretty good.

Here in the first image I have the frame and beams laid out and checking that everything is level and square and guess what take a look at the level! everything was perfectly level and square! I surprised myself.

After that it was pretty straight forward mostly just measuring and squaring, here's a few shots of the beams installed and the connectors attached.

You'll notice in some of the shots you can see where I've applied sealer to the end of the cuts to prevent mold, etc... I figured since my deck was so low to the ground it was a good idea to make sure it was well protected.

My plan for tomorrow is to get the corner finished, it's all measured out and cut, just nees to attach the boards, and get the joists attached. maybe if I'm lucky I can even get a board or two of the ceder decking attached, very exciting, I can finally see the end of the project!
