So the final day for the main part of the deck. I wandered over to Totem to buy one last deck board, and had it purchased and installed in no time:

I picked up a jug of Thompson's water seal to protect the deck as well. I debated long and hard between getting the clear or cedar tinted protector. I ended up picking up the cedar tinted one, and Tamara and I are very happy with the results.

And guess what! finally it didn't rain today so the deck is finally finished.

Next up I need to clean up the yard and figure out the best day to have a BBQ to break it in.

We still need to decide on a trim to go around the bottom, and put a short step on the far side, but these are pretty minor things and can wait for another day. I'm quite exicited to finally able to site back and have a nice cold beer on my deck :)
